Challenge: Pinot Noir
This grape is native to the area of \u200b\u200bBurgundy .
is difficult cultivation, vinification complicated, and careful breeding.
In cultivation, the vines are susceptible to late frosts, by sprouting spring and has a long growing season to mature.
The grape bunches are small and compact, very SENCIBLES diseases such as mildew and Powdery mildew (which we'll discuss them later.)
The oldest vines are the wines that deliver the highest quality, but offer significant performance lower.
One of the particularities of the pinot noir, is the color.
The winemaker, must be made in a very delicate, obtaining the extract: Dye and tannin.
There are several ways to get this, but be careful, because we can get green tannins, herbaceous aromas and bitter flavors.
One of the most reliable ways to get good color and good structure, it is cold maceration pre-fermentation.
Another key point in creating a good Pinot Noir, is raising: It is particularly suited to French oak, but it must be a fastidious selection of the woods, toasted and the proportion of new wood.
Some of the Pinot Noir I've had lucky enough to try:

delicate tannins, but present. Medium acidity. Final means, where are the aromas of jams. Very good Pinot Noir
Uruguay. Easy drinking, medium complexity. Very correct.

In Nose appear aromas of cherries, some cinnamon and a touch of leather, perfectly amalgamated.
The palate is frank. Dry etching. Good acidity, but not protruding. The retronasal aromas, reminiscent of vanilla. Pretty interesting.
The tannins are very friendly, very present. Very easy to drink. Great Wine
correct Winemaker Juan Andrés Marichal.
You may feel more varietal expression in this case.
